Blackened Tilapia

Blacken seasoned filet, pan sautéed and served with beer battered fries and cole slaw

8 -10oz filet of Grouper blacken seasoned and pan sautéed served with fresh lemon steamed broccoli and baked potato topped with whipped butter and sour cream

Huge shrimp skewered and pan sautéed with Suzanne's garlicky lemon butter sauce served over a bed of rice pilaf with a lemon wedge and a fresh garden salad with choice of dressing

Lightly seasoned and slowly sautéed to perfection served with lemon and baked potato
